I bought my car from J&S last year. The guys at J&S have been great. I didn't know anything about cars but I learned a lot from these guys and they've gone out of their way to help me out a lot (even when I flooded my engine with oil). Honestly the best experience iv had
Honestly the quickest and easiest process. Travelled nearly 3 hours to view a car and knew instantly that he had a good selection of cars and could tell they were top quality. So far iv had my car a little over a week and it's perfect. 0 concerns plus if there was any issues I know they would help as much as they could and another positive they also through in a 12 month warranty for peace of mind. You know that's good because they wouldn't put such a long warranty if they weren't confident in the cars they were selling. Thank you so much :)

I was looking to buy a new car and I came across J&S Manchester on auto trader. I found a lovely car with these and I got a response pretty much straight away, they guided and helped me what was best in my interest, explained finance guidance well with me and they would never push you into buying. I went to view the car and I just knew it was perfect for me, the guy took his time to show me around the car and inside it and then he left me to it to see it myself. Lovely people and Jack especially you have been amazing on my car buying journey. Suitable prices for low mileage cars! Exactly how you want to be treated when you buy your new "4 wheels"
I received a very pleasant customer service from Jacek. There was no push to buy but what is the most important thing for me is that when an issue with the car started they sorted it extremely well. In the end the part that they were supplied and was changed literally before my pick up was faulty but they handled it really professionally. SÅ‚awek and Jacek even visited my drive after I have sent them the video of how the car was behaving so they were sure that the fault cannot break the car while I am still using it before new part arrives. For me this proves how good they are as when problems start this is when you can tell if you chose the right trader. I am completely sure I picked up the right one. 100% recommended and I would come back to them any day if they would have the car I wanted in the future.

I got my first car here. Jack is the most genuine car salesman there is. The guys he works with at his garage are nice too. You basically get what is advertised, no funny business. He was very honest about everything and has helped me out with a couple of minor issues since buying the car. I will 100% be coming back for my next car.

Good price on the car purchased. Upon deposit being paid a full service was carried out, 12 month MOT with any advisories being rectified, and a 6 month warranty provided.

I would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

In 55 years I have never come across such a marvelous garage ,they made me feel very confident in buying a second hand car they can not do enough for their customers he even gave me a 6month warranty on a ten year old car.They advised me that if anything did go wrong with the car come straight back.I would highly recommend this garage and I would definitely go back if any of my family or friends needed a car.

Cant recommend J&S enough, had a bad experience with another trader in Manchester and found another car with these guys, bought an insignia from them and it's absolutely mint. He had the timing belt, water pump and the dreaded insignia oil seal done for me along with a full service and MOT.

I bought a Volkswagen Golf from them and it was an absolute steal for the price. When you get to the dealership you can tell that this is a proper company, they had all the papers and also my car came with a 6 month warranty and a 12 month M.O.T for my peace of mind.

Bought a mini cooper from Jack with a really nice experience from a genuine garage. After a week a slight fault developed and they could not have handled it in a better way, got it fixed almost immediately after finding the issue and they even topped the fuel up for me which was a lovely touch. Couldnt reccomend them any higher.
